Our Vision
Imagine entering a 52,000 SF warehouse. Old industrial wooden floors and steel I beams that if could talk, would tell you years upon years of stories. Now, it is time to create a story of your own. Once you enter, you immediately smell delicious food, hear the sounds of glasses clinking and people laughing, and see the endless opportunities of fun. You instantly become, hungry, thirsty, and happy. You smile, take a deep breath, and head straight for euphoria.
The Project
We are in the process of an adaptive reuse conversion of the former J.B, Fishel's bakery building into a multi-tenant entertainment complex. Our project will consist of brewery taprooms, food vendors, retail vendors, and entertainment experiences.
Potential Vendors Ideas
We are now accepting applications for vendors. Breweries, restaurant/food vendors, retail vendors, and entertainment vendors. We are seeking Entertainment experiences such as hatchet throwing, indoor golf, virtual realty, social clubs, rage rooms, escape rooms, cigar longue, indoor paintball, etc. If you are or know of anyone interested in being a vendor, please fill out the form below and someone will contact you.
